  Seriously, be careful about staying up late or dozing off anywhere other than your bed‼️❌

  I’m prone to throat problems when I get a cold, and this month’s hospitalization was for a tonsil issue, so😿💦

  The doctor also told me that if you feel any discomfort, ask any smoking brothers to refrain — avoid actions that burden the throat 😣💧

  When you feel even a little off, it’s better to take over-the-counter medicine right away 💭

  If a little OTC medicine doesn’t help, go to the clinic — that’s fine 🥹

  Keep your throat moist, so throat lozenges are essential👌🏻
